  Recently purchased a washer and dryer set, after being told everything was included for the extra price of delivery,when the delivery guys get here I was told I don't have correct hook up or bracket for the stackable set, it was clearly stated the brackets and cords were included and justified the 59 dollar delivery , I would have left one star due to unsatisfied results however I had the opportunity to speak with Chris the assistant manager and he assured me everything would made right and taken care of. If everything was installed and I could be washing cloths right now their would be no reason to leave anything but 5 stars however with the delay and misconducted business I feel their is no other option but three stars, keep up the great customer service Chris it's greatly appreciated however I would have been much more satisfied with the original delivery and installation agreement made by my sales person .

  Chris Boneta was a great help. He had the patience with us while we looked through different furniture package options and was willing to work with us on a great deal. He answered all the questions we had and helped us with financing. If you go to ABC definitely ask for Chris B.
