  I had the absolutely best experience ever at Forche's! I went into the store and found my PERFECT wedding dress! My wedding was only four months away (short engagement) and Sue said that she would call and see if they will rush order the dress for me because it wasn't going to come in time. I also live in Pennsylvania, not Ohio, so things were even more complicated. The company told Sue that they are not doing rush orders, and I tried my hardest to find the dress anywhere else. She even found the dress for me in different stores around the country that I could order closer to my size and have altered. I gave up on the dress, but a month later she found out that they are doing rush orders again and CALLED ME and told me that she can order my dress for me! She had still saved my measurements and everything! She was so excited for me, and she gave me the dress at the original price (seriously an AMAZING price for a wedding dress). She even had them ship the dress to her and then she shipped it to me without charging me for that shipping! She got the dress on a Wednesday and took it immediately to UPS to ship to me, and it arrived that Friday! I have had the most wonderful experience with this place. I really felt like she cared about me and my big day, and really what else can a bride ask for? Wonderful service, a great price, and the wedding dress of my dreams...arriving in time for my wedding! All thanks to Forche's! :)

  Sue has performed alterations for my family and I and made dresses for my daughters. I have been very happy with all of the work she has done. She has always been very professional and always concerned that I was happy with the work. I do not understand the negative review posted, except her father was seriously ill in a hospital out of town around that time and she made every attempt to work with all of her customers. Most peole understand when that happens. I highly recommend Forche's!
