  Mediocre at best. When you walk in, you have to look around for a while before anyone bothers to acknowledge you (even if the store is completely dead). The staff seems friendly and knowledgeable when they are actually talking to you. I bought a used 3ds from them. But they neglected to tell me it wouldn't come with an SD card. Wouldn't have even known this if I wouldn't have opened it and tested the game to make sure it worked. Thank goodness I did because that would have been a real bummer on Christmas morning. Have to run back out to buy one and kind of annoyed by this. Probably won't be going back there again.
