  There's a reason multiple people have given this establishment a poor review. Please save yourself the time, money, and stress by taking a look at these reviews and shop elsewhere. Sadly, Men's Wearhouse did our wedding this past weekend. Out of all the details that go into the wedding, the suits were the MOST stressful part. Aside from them being unorganized, losing measurements, ordering wrong sizes and having no idea what was going on, they had TERRIBLE customer service. The exact words from the manager upon the last mistake (on their part) were, "Woo. I cannot wait for this wedding to be over." I can assure you that we will never be going back to the Lima store- and if my husband is in a wedding that goes with Men's Wearhouse (we have told our friends about this terrible experience, so hopefully not), we will be driving hours to the next Men's Wearhouse to avoid the complete rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the manager and workers. Side note, the $65 cufflinks had the center part fall out of one groomsmens link before we even made it to the reception.
