  The best food I have had in Lima so far (moved here about a year ago so still exploring). This is more of an uppity place with a pretty classy atmosphere. I had the seared scallops over risotto with asparagus—absolutely delicious. Friend had the flank steak, which looked perfectly cooked. Great drink selection, as well! If you don’t want to break the bank, they also have a decent selection of sandwiches/burgers/appetizers. I’d recommend this place for a nice dinner or a place to grab drinks!

  Excellent food, nice atmosphere, bar menu has really good beer variety. It's nice to be able to go to a restraunt in Lima that is not a chain or a pizza place (though we do enjoy the shrimp flatbread quite a bit) if you are tired of the same old sports bars and want to change it up from restaurants that you can get anywhere else stop in and give The Met a try.
